1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using GPTree — on the web at gptree.world or through the GPTree iOS app (together, the "Service") — you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. The service
GPTree provides an AI chat assistant powered by efficient AI models. Responses are generated automatically and may contain errors or inaccuracies. GPTree is provided for general informational purposes only and is not professional, legal, medical, or financial advice — always verify important information independently.
3. Free and Pro plans
The free plan includes a limited number of messages. GPTree Pro is an auto-renewing subscription that unlocks unlimited chat and additional features. Subscriptions purchased on the web are billed through Stripe and can be cancelled at any time via the link in your receipt. Subscriptions purchased in the iOS app are billed through your Apple ID and renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; manage them in your device's Settings → Subscriptions. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or by Apple's refund policies.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to generate or distribute content that is unlawful, harmful, or infringes the rights of others; to attempt to disrupt or overload the Service; or to reverse engineer or resell the Service without permission.
5. Privacy
GPTree is privacy-first: conversations are not stored on our servers, and your chat history lives only on your device. See our About page for details on our privacy practices.
6. Environmental commitments
Tree planting, carbon offsets, and water savings figures are estimates based on aggregate usage and third-party reforestation and offset partners. They are provided in good faith but are not guarantees of specific environmental outcomes.
7. Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GPTree and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
9. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
